Careers
Four roles, one per department. Each one owns a different part of a child's path from the street to a stable, documented home.
What each role does
Researches family origin and history for each child, and files the paperwork needed to secure birth registration, legal ID, and citizenship.
Owns each child's welfare plan: age-appropriate care, medical checkups, school enrollment, feeding, housing, and ongoing support for their parents.
Runs day-to-day operations at Rootline housing — safety, routine, and stability for children once they're placed.
Files with government bodies and manages funding relationships with private and public partners — the income that pays our team.
We're a growing team. Send us your background and we'll reach out when something fits.
